Howard, Boyce, Hedges to Lead

DelCo Profit Builders 2025 Leadership Team

Trey Howard, Toby Boyce, and Dr. Steven Hedges have been named the 2025 leadership team for DelCo Profit Builders, a BNI chapter, in Delaware, Ohio.

Howard will serve as the president for the next year. Howard works with Ruoff Mortgage and serves as the residential mortgage specialist for the chapter. He is a veteran of the United States Army. He resides in Delaware, Ohio, with his wife and children.

Boyce fills the commercial real estate seat and serves as owner of The Exchangors and is with Parker Realty Associates. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union and his master’s degree in business administration from Heidelberg University. The Danville, Ohio, native resides in Delaware with his wife and daughter.

Hedges is the co-owner of Heritage Clinic of Chiropractic in Delaware, Ohio, and fills the chiropractor seat for the chapter. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo and Doctor of Chiropractic Care from Sherman College of Chiropractic. The Perrysburg, New York native resides in Delaware, Ohio, with his wife.

DelCo Profit Builders meets on Tuesday mornings from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. at the Delaware Entrepreneurial Center (70 South Sandusky Street, Delaware). The local chapter consists of 15 members and has generated more than $278,000 in closed business in the past 12 months.
