Bank Joins Growing Sunbury Road Area

Chase Bank signed a lease to add another location in Delaware, Ohio, according to OLIO Development Group on LinkedIn.

The bank will join the Glenwood Commons development along Sunbury Road (US 36/ Ohio 37) on the east side of town. It appears they will be joining a retail strip center to be built at the intersection with Glenn Parkway in front of Meijer.

Chase Bank has a Delaware location downtown at 61 North Sandusky Street.

This is another addition to the eastside corridor that already is seeing the development of a Firestone and just recently added a McDonald’s restaurant.
