The “Courthouse Corner” in historic downtown Delaware, Ohio, recently transferred to new ownership according to the Delaware County Auditor’s website.
The Courthouse Corner — a collection of three buildings on North Sandusky Street just south of Central Avenue on the west side of the street — sold on October 31, 2023, to HGH Investments for $1,025,000.
The buildings are home to several businesses including The Razor’s Edge, Van Kirk Creative Marketing, Game Play Unlimited, and The Denney Agency with Modern Wodoman of America.
