Earned degree utilizing the Harvard-style pedagogy which focused on case studies and developing a complete knowledge of a business’s inner workings.
Pet-Friendly Real Estate Agent
This designation focused heavily on the rights that tenants have when having a service animal vs. a pet.
Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource
National Association of REALTORS
When a homeowner is put in a position that requires them to consider a short sale or foreclosure they need to have a trusted agent with knowledge and experience.

In addition to his real estate designations, Toby has been active in the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Delaware.
