Delaware Development Looking to Break Ground Late 2025
Donovan Farms is finally starting to take shape after years of discussion between T&R Properties and the City of Delaware.
According to Columbus Business First, the development appears to be moving forward for final approval which would allow for there to be a mix of commercial, single-family, and apartments. The project is scheduled for the area south of Boulder Drive, west of South Houk Road, and east of Section Line Road.
Residentially, the plan is for Maronda Homes to build 238 single-family units while T&R will develop 240 apartment units in the space. Commercially, the plan is for a single commercial building to be built along Houk Road, which T&R currently envisions as a daycare center.
Previous discussions had commercial mixed-use buildings being built along Section Line Road that would have been similar to the buildings recently constructed at Section Line and Pittsburgh Drives.
Assuming no issues with the readings, T&R is planning to break ground in late 2025 or early 2026 on this project.
