When it comes to selling your assets, you’re not hiring me to be nice. You’re hiring me for my experience, knowledge, and network of nationwide contacts.

The Experience

Having been licensed since 2006, you are going to get years of real estate deals — good and bad — that I’ve completed. From small office buildings to portions of a (nearly) abandoned mall, we have experienced most of the pitfalls that could befall your transaction. I’ve lived by the adage, “Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me” for years and it applies to my real estate career every single day. Once I have experienced an event in real estate, I remember it and can use that knowledge to guide us to successful outcomes.

The Knowledge

That experience has created a knowledge bank that I can tap into to make the deal happen. Additionally, I’m in an exclusive club, as a member of the National Association of REALTORS’ Commitment to Excellence program. I am one of two people in the Delaware County Board of REALTORS to have achieved this honor. It involves passing competency exams and showing that we know the stuff.

Additionally, I’ve earned several designations during my career including Graduate, Realtors Institute, and have a blog post where I highlight all of them.

In addition to my REALTOR credentials, I earned my Master’s in Business Administration from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio in 2003. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mount Union in 1998 with a major in business administration: marketing and minors in accounting and mass media.

The Network of National Contacts

I am a member of several National Associations – but the strongest one I’m not even a member of (yet). The Society of Exchange Counselors is a national group of real estate investors that focuses on equity marketing. The group is invite-only and has rigorous selection criteria. However, I can attend the national marketing sessions to promote my properties. I am a member of the National Association of Exchangors, Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors, Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors, and Indiana Real Estate Exchangors. I have served in leadership for Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors as recorder/secretary for two years, vice president for one year, and was the 2023 chapter president.
